Dr. Brian Spencer is a proud Arizona native, born and raised in the Mesa area. Growing up in the Valley gave him a deep appreciation for the tight-knit communities that make this part of the state so special — and it's that same sense of community that drives his approach to dentistry today.
Dr. Spencer earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Florida, where he trained in a wide range of general and restorative dental techniques. After graduating, he was eager to return home to Arizona and put down roots where it all started — serving the same neighborhoods and families he grew up alongside.
At Max Dental Club, Dr. Spencer delivers high-quality, comprehensive care with a personal touch. From a toddler's very first dental visit to routine cleanings, fillings, crowns, and more complex restorative work for adults, he's equipped to care for every member of the family under one roof. He takes the time to get to know each patient individually, and one of the things he enjoys most is watching families grow over the years — from wiggly baby teeth all the way to confident adult smiles.
Dr. Spencer's philosophy is straightforward: the patient always comes first. He believes a trip to the dentist should be a comfortable, positive experience — not something to dread. He's known for his warm, easygoing personality and a gentle chairside manner that puts even the most anxious patients at ease. He also makes it a point to walk patients through every step of their treatment, so they always feel informed and in control of their care.
When he's not helping patients smile brighter, Dr. Spencer is a dedicated family man. He and his wife Kayla stay busy chasing after their two kids and two dogs. On weekends, you'll likely find the Spencer crew out camping, hitting the trails on their RZR, exploring the local community, or grabbing a meal at one of their favorite Arizona restaurants.
