Dr. Nicholas J. Maguire grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and has always been drawn to healthcare — just not the hospital side of it. What pulled him toward dentistry was the chance to slow down and actually spend time with the people he treats. For Dr. Maguire, the best part of the job is building a relationship with each patient and earning their trust, one visit at a time.
Dr. Maguire earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, just outside Chicago. It was there that he met his wife, a fellow dentist, and after graduation he followed her to Arizona, where she now practices at our sister office, Aesthetic Family Dental Care. Now in his second year of practice, Dr. Maguire is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
At Max Dental Club, Dr. Maguire provides family, cosmetic, and implant dentistry for patients of every age — and one of his favorite things about the practice is seeing entire families come through the door, from the youngest kids to grandparents. He takes pride in being part of the Queen Creek community and in working somewhere patients know they can trust.
His philosophy is simple: his job isn't to judge, it's to help. Dr. Maguire takes the time to explain exactly what's going on in your mouth and walk you through every option, so you can make the decision that feels right for you. His hope is that every patient leaves knowing he only has their best interests at heart. (And if you ask for his number-one tip, it's a soft-bristled toothbrush and a whole lot of flossing.)
Outside the office, Dr. Maguire loves to exercise, watch sports, and catch live games whenever he can. He and his wife spend their free time exploring Arizona with their dog, Bingo. His dream trip is Egypt for its rich history — and if he weren't a dentist, he says he'd be running a tiki bar on a beach somewhere.
