Dr. Noah Bailey is a Mesa, Arizona native who has been around dental offices for as long as he can remember. He grew up working in them, and those early years shaped how he sees dentistry today — as a place where people should feel genuinely cared for, not just treated.
Dr. Bailey earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in Provo before completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at Roseman University of Health Sciences in 2026. He chose to join Max Dental Club for its one-of-a-kind patient experience and its vision for what dental care can be.
Dr. Bailey provides family and cosmetic dentistry, with additional focus on implants, sedation, and pediatric care, so patients of every age can be seen under one roof. He's passionate about the technology that makes visits easier — digital X-rays and same-day crowns among them — and he's committed to staying current, regularly taking continuing education courses and studying the latest research on materials and techniques.
His philosophy is that patients deserve a dental office that is positive and fun, but that also puts their values first. Dr. Bailey wants every patient to know he genuinely cares about them and wants what's best for them. Making people comfortable is a priority, and he brings a relaxed, cheerful attitude to every appointment — especially for those who may feel anxious about dental care. In his words: "I will always do my best to make the dental experience positive and comfortable, whether it's the first visit or the 100th."
Outside the office, Dr. Bailey loves playing and watching sports, spending days at the lake, and spending time with his wife, Claire. The two have been married for nearly six years.
