Patient Experience Coordinator (Front Desk)

You’re the first impression and the steady heartbeat of Max Dental Club. This role blends hospitality, organization, and a touch of humor to create a front office experience that makes patients say, “Whoa, that was actually… kinda fun?”

Queen Creek, Arizona

Responsibilities:

  • Greet every patient like they’re your favorite person
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and texts with speed and professionalism
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
  • Maintain a full, productive schedule for providers
  • Verify insurance coverage and help patients understand their benefits
  • Collect payments and explain treatment costs with clarity
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming front lobby and check-out desk
  • Track new patient leads and support our membership program
  • Support marketing efforts by encouraging reviews, social posts, or referrals
  • Collaborate daily with the Office Manager and clinical team to run on-time

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a dental, medical, or hospitality front desk
  • Dental software knowledge (Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar) preferred
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • People person who loves making others feel at ease
  • Comfortable with handling sensitive financial and personal data
  • Must be highly reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
